Purpose

This article helps you understand why you are constantly receiving an error in Microsoft Classic Stream that says: "Your session has expired. Click OK to log in and continue?"

Explanation

This error is usually caused when the time displayed on your computer is incorrect. Verify and set the time correctly, then restart your web browser and try again. 

Note: If the issue persists, try changing your time zone to Central Time (US & Canada) and then restart your web browser.
