Decorate Your Teams Meeting Background

Leveraging AI, you can now augment your real-life surroundings and create a personalized atmosphere for your meetings when using only your webcam. 

How it Works 

Before Meeting

1. On the pre-join screen, select Background filters, and then select the Decorate button. 

2. In the Background settings pane, choose a theme, and then click the Generate backgrounds button.

3. Pick one of the two options offered, or click the Generate more button if you want to see additional backgrounds.

4. When you have selected the background you want to use, click the Apply and save background button.

During Meeting

1. Select More > Video effects and settings

2. Then select the Decorate button.
3. In the Effects and avatars pane, choose a theme, and then click the Generate backgrounds button.
4. Pick one of the two options offered, or click the Generate more button if you want to see additional backgrounds.
5. When you have selected the background you want to use, click the Apply and save background button.
