Steps
Note: To retain the future date, deselect all options that would otherwise remove it.
- Open Outlook.
- Select the Calendar icon & click on the View tab.

- Click Change View & select List from the drop down.

- Click (highlight) on a calendar event you want to Delete.
- Press Ctrl + A on your keyboard to select all events.
- Right click on the selected event(s) & choose Delete from the context menu.
Note: Ensure to only highlight events & or meetings you want to delete!

This article applies to Teams Classic. For New Outlook, the steps are similar. Go to your Calendar, click the "View" tab, and the events will automatically be listed on the right hand side of the screen. The process to delete an event is similar to the steps above.
