Check SecureConnector is Installed and Running

This article shows users how to check the SecureConnector file path and the SecureConnector service.

Instructions
- Open File Explorer.
- Search/check the following path exists-
(C:\Program Files\ForeScout SecureConnector) and has the following files in it:
- SecureConnector.exe
- SecureConnector.ini
- SecureConnectorPassword.ini
- Uninstall

- Go to Services.
- Search and click on ForeScout SecureConnector Service and make sure the service is Running.
- If the SecureConnector file path does not exist, the service will not be running.

- If the SecureConnector is uninstalled, reinstall the agent by clicking here.
- Once downloaded, check the machine again using the steps above.
