Important Note: Android users DO have to install the Intune Company Portal app. 
Important Note: Your NETID must be placed within the appropriate security group and given an InTune license to see the below actions.

 

  1. Whether you are already signed into a Microsoft 365 Office app or not, once you open the app, you will be asked to enter your work email and password.

 

 

  1. You will then be prompted to install the Microsoft Intune Company Portal app. Click on "Go To Store."

 

 

  1. Once the Android Play Store opens install the Intune Company Portal app.
    1. You do not need to sign into the Intune Company Portal app.
    2. It just needs to be installed on your Android phone.

 

 

  1. You will then get a notification that states, "Your organization protects data in this app. You might need to set some things up to access your work or school data."
    1. Click Continue.

 

 

  1. Enter your password again.

 

 

  1. You will then get a notification to register your device.
    1. Click Register.

 

 

  1. Access is granted to the app in which you are using.

 

 

  1. After every 60 minutes you will be asked to authenticate. You can use biometrics to bypass using the pin.
