What Onsite Services Will Do

  1. Configure and maintain lab desktops, peripherals, and related hardware. 
  2. Ensure lab systems meet University standards for security, stability, and usability. 
  3. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, or replacements to minimize instructional impact. 
  4. Respond to reported hardware issues affecting lab availability or performance. 
  5. Apply required updates or configuration changes to lab hardware. 
  6. Test systems to confirm readiness after maintenance or repairs. 
  7. Document lab configurations, support actions, and asset details in University systems. 
  8. Communicate status updates, timelines, and next steps to stakeholders as needed.
