When This Happens
When a new digital sign is installed, content is scheduled or updated, a display experiences an issue, or routine maintenance is performed.
What Onsite Services Will Do
- Ensure digital signage hardware and player devices are properly configured and operational.
- Confirm displays are connected to required network and management services.
- Support approved content publishing and scheduling.
- Monitor signage health and respond to reported display or playback issues.
- Apply required updates or configuration changes.
- Verify displays are presenting content correctly after changes.
- Record configuration, updates, and support actions in University systems.
- Communicate status updates or guidance if action is needed.
