What Onsite Services Will Do 

  1. Act as a subject matter expert for endpoint standards, tools, and best practices. 
  2. Consult with federated IT teams on device configuration, compliance, and life cycle considerations. 
  3. Assist with troubleshooting complex or cross team endpoint issues. 
  4. Coordinate onboarding of devices into University managed services when applicable. 
  5. Provide recommendations to improve reliability, security, and supportability. 
  6. Support knowledge sharing and documentation for federated IT partners. 
  7. Document guidance, decisions, and outcomes in University systems. 
  8. Communicate recommendations, status, and next steps clearly with stakeholders.
