What Paper Sizes are Supported by Cometprint?

Note: A4 paper (210 × 297 mm) is not supported by Cometprint.

Cometprint only supports US Letter size paper. US Letter is also known as ANSI A or 8.5" × 11" (216 × 279 mm) paper. Any documents of a different size will need to be converted to US Letter size before uploading to Cometprint.

What do the Two Different Balances in Cometprint Mean?

  • Balance is the balance of your printing credits. This money can only be used for printing.
    • Printing credits are obtained from refunds of failed print jobs. Money cannot be directly added to your CometPrint balance.
    • These printing credits are used before your Comet Cash balance is used.
  • Comet Cash Balance is the balance that is stored in your UTD Comet Cash account. This money can be used for printing, as well as other services across UTD.
    • Add funds to your Comet Cash balance through the GET portal.​

I get an Error When I Try to Access Cometprint.

Cometprint is currently only accessible from Cometnet or the UTD VPN. Please make sure your device is connected to Cometnet before logging into the Cometprint portal.

Can I Upload my Job Through Email?

Email to print is currently unavailable in Cometprint. Please upload documents through the Cometprint portal.
