Purpose
The article explains how to update your Plantronics Headset by installing the Poly Lens application on your computer.
Process
Mac
- Download the Poly Lens App from the Poly Support Website
- Open the download PolyLens.dmg
- In the Window that pops up, drag the Poly Lens app to the Applications folder.
- Launch the Poly Lens app from your Applications folder.
Windows (UTD Managed)
- Click on the Start menu, and search for Software Center.
- Launch Software Center.
- Click on Poly Lens.
- Click Install.
Windows (Personal)
- Download Poly Lens app from the Poly Support Website
- Open the download PolyLens.msi
- Run the installer and follow the prompts
Once the Poly Lens software has been installed on your computer, proceed with the following steps.
Poly / Plantronics Headset Firmware Updates
- Launch the Poly Lens software and select your Device.
- It will automatically check for any software updates.
- Install any available updates.
