Remove UTD Email from Device (Android)

Note: Due to many Android hardware and software variations, it is not possible to cover all OS flavors, clients, etc.
  • Open Outlook on your Android device.
  • Click on the Outlook Menu icon on the top left.
    • This most likely appears as the Microsoft Office logo, but it may also occur as a house or another logo.

  • Click on the Settings icon, located bottom left corner.

  • Select the account you wish to remove.

  • Scroll towards the bottom of the "Account info" page and tap DELETE ACCOUNT.

  • Confirm the deletion and tap DELETE in the dialog box that appears.
