Teams Voice: Plantronics Wireless Headset Configuration (Computer)

This article shows how to set up a Poly / Plantronics wireless (BT) headset in Microsoft Teams Voice on a computer.

 Mac / Windows:

1. Make sure the headset is charged. This can be done by connecting the included USB cable to your computer and into the USB port on the Plantronics Wireless headset.
2. Unplug the charging cable from the headset and power it on with the Power switch on the headset.
3. Plug in the USB dongle (that came in the box) it will show up as BT600 or BT700 in an available USB port on your computer.
4. Launch the Teams application.
5. Click on ... on the upper right corner of the main window and choose Settings.
6. Select Devices, then under the Audio devices, choose BT600 or BT700 respectively from the drop-down.
