Scheduling a Meeting on Teams

Method 1

  • Click more chat options ... (three dots in the upper right corner)
    • Select the Schedule a meeting option to book a meeting with the people in chat.

Method 2

  • Click the Calendar tab on the left side of the app.
  • Select New meeting at the top right of the app.

  • OR select a range of times from the calendar and it will open the New Meeting scheduling form.
  • The scheduling form is where you'll give a title to your meeting, invite people, and add meetings details.
  • Select Save when done.
