Manage Devices Page

  • In your web browser, navigate to a resource that is protected by Duo- Office.com or Box.
  • On the Duo authentication prompt, select Other options.

  • Click on Manage Devices

  • You will then be asked to verify your identity before moving forward.
    • Select your preferred authentication method to manage devices.

Device Options

  • Once logged in, you have a number of options to select in managing your devices.
  • Clicking Edit on the devices shown will allow you to Delete or Remane

Devices available in Duo to edit or delete via Edit button.

New Phone

  • If you have a new phone, select the I have a new phone link on the box with your current mobile device.

  • If you have the same phone number with a new mobile device, select Get started and follow the steps needed.

Note: If you have a new device with a new number, you will have to add a new device. 

New Device

  • Select Add a device.
    • You will need to authenticate the new device using your preferred method.

  • Follow the steps provided and save your device. 

Authenticating with Different Device

  • In your web browser, navigate to a resource that is protected by Duo- Office.com or Box.
  • On the Duo authentication prompt, select Other options
Note: Duo will authencially use your previous authentication method. Other options must be clicked in order to select another authentication method.

  • Select your preferrred authentication method.
    • Your new device will be listed in the "Other options to log in" menu.
