Installing / Reinstalling Teams App on Your Smartphone (iOS & Android)

Purpose

This article provides steps on how to install the Teams app on your smartphone (iOS and Android).

iOS Devices

• Open the App Store.
• Search for "Microsoft Teams" and select Get.
• Install the application.

Reinstalling Microsoft Teams App

• Touch and hold the Microsoft Teams app on the home screen.
• Select Remove App, as shown below.

• Select Delete App to confirm.

• Open App Store.
• Search for "Microsoft Teams" and click Install.

Android Devices

• Open the Google Play Store App.
• Click on the search icon and look for "Microsoft Teams".
• Select Install.

Reinstalling Microsoft Teams App

• Click the Google Play Store App.
• At the top right, tap the profile icon.
• Tap Manage apps & device.

• Select Microsoft Teams and click Uninstall.

• Then reinstall it by clicking Install.
