Around 45:00, disregard the suggestion about creating individual workspaces for each time category you are tracking. We have a way to add custom time categories (meeting attendance, training, etc.) to the Time Type dropdown, so your team will have a single workspace with all your time categories in that drop-down. This maintains the ability to report on the time categories.

TeamDynamix has a series of short technician training videos covering a range of different topics. Be aware that their environment differs from ours in specific ways, but these are an excellent way to discover some built-in functionality and ways you can use the tool.
