Gemini Finance Tile Stale Request Error

Follow this procedure if you are receiving an error "Web Login Service - Stale Request" when trying to access the Budgeting tile (or other Gemini Financial tiles) in Galaxy Gemini.

Issue

Receiving error “Web Login Service - Stale Request” when accessing the Budgeting tile in Galaxy Gemini or other finance functions within Gemini.

Resolution

• Navigate to the Gemini for Departments homepage in Galaxy.

• Click the Financial Compliancetile.
  • Stale Request message might appear.

• Click the link at the top-left of the page to go back to the Gemini for Departments homepage.

• Click the Budgeting or Finance tile you were initially trying to access.
  • The page should now load as expected.
