Submitting Timesheets (Student Worker)

This article provides instructions to a student employee needing assistance submitting their time in Gemini.

Procedure

  • Navigate to Galaxy and sign in with your UTD credentials.
  • Open the Gemini for Departments Home Page by selecting it from the drop-down menu.
  • Click on the Time tile.

  • Select Enter Time tile.

  • Type in your IN and OUT time on the desired date.
  • Click Submit or Save for Later once you've entered all your time.

  • Here is a picture showing the Submitted vs Saved icons on the left.
    • Friday is Saved.
    • Wednesday is Submitted and Approved.

Note: Timesheets will take a while to show on a Student Employees Gemini page.
