Issues Uploading Letter of Recommendation on Graduate Application

Purpose

This article lists steps to address issues recommenders face when submitting letters of recommendation in the UTD Graduate Application system for students applying to a graduate program at UTD.

Procedure

• Attempt basic browser troubleshooting:
  • Try incognito/private window.
  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
  • Clear cache and cookies.
  • Restart your computer.
