How to Delete Old Calls in Microsoft Teams

This article walks users through the steps needed to delete old/needless call history in MS Teams.

Desktop/ Web Version

1. Open Teams, and click on the Calls tab.

2. In your "Calls" section under "History", hover the cursor over the Call that you’d like to delete.
3. Click the More options icon (...) that appear on the right side of "Call". 

4. Click on Remove from view.
   • The call now is successfully removed from the call history.

Mobile Version

1. Open the Teams app and go to the Calls tab.

2. In your "Calls" section, select the Recent tab.
3. In your "Recent" tab, select the (i) icon that appears on the right side on the call that you’d like to delete.

4. Select Remove.
   • The call now is successfully removed from the call history.
