Note: The steps below are for managers and others with resources to add a user to an active AD group.
- Log in to PEARL (Portal for Enterprise Access Request Library) formerly eCAT, using your UTD credentials.
- Select Computer Access under "Access Requests (Existing Users)."
- Go through the form and provide the required information.
- During step 4 "Request New Access, " select Security Group Membership (AD Group) and list the AD group(s) you would like to add the user to in the text box.
- If you are unsure of the group name, use the search bar and/ or contact an Administrator or Supervisor.
- If they are unsure, provide a description of the access desired in the text box.
- Review and Submit the IT Resource Requests request.
