Click on the "Studies" tab on your Dashboard and select the study you would like to close. A study must have first been approved.
Click on the "New Submission" button and click "Closure" on the dropdown.
Click on the "Edit" button.
Fill out the form and then click on "Complete Submission" on the left hand menu.
Click on "Confirm" in the pop-up alert.
Click on the "Certify" button.
Click "Confirm" to finish closing out your study.
