This article will cover the creation of a Support Metrics configuration view in TeamDynamix (TDX) to ensure operational alignment.
- Navigate to TeamDynamix, log in with your NetID and NetID password.
- On the upper left side click the + New Desktop button.
- Name your new desktop configuration ET FTS Support Metrics and click Save.
- Click on the Details tab and check the box for Enable Auto-Refresh.
- Click on the Content tab.
- Click on Edit Layout, select the first layout (50-50%)
- In the Available Content field, enter ET Time / Days to Resolve Report (Current Month), drag the result to Column 1.
- Go back to the Available Content field, enter ET Ticket Closure (Current Month), drag the result to Column 1.
- Go back to the Available Content field, enter ET Ticket Type Closure (Current Month), drag the result to Column 1.
- Go back to the Available Content field, enter ET Daily Time (Today), drag the result to Column 1.
- Go back to the Available Content field, enter ET Weekly Time (Current Week). drag the result to Column 1.
- Go back to the Available Content field, enter ET Time by Week (Current Month), drag the result to Column 1.
- Go back to the Available Content field, enter TAP Bugs & Validations (Current Month), drag the result to Column 1.
- Go back to the Available Content field, enter IT Requisitions Ticket Closure (Current Month), drag the result to Column 1.
- Go back to the Available Content field, enter ET Time / Days to Resolve Report (Prior Month), drag the result to Column 2.
- Go back to the Available Content field, enter ET Ticket Closure (Prior Month), drag the result to Column 2.
- Go back to the Available Content field, enter ET Ticket Type Closure (Prior Month), drag the result to Column 2.
- Go back to the Available Content field, enter ET Daily Time (Yesterday), drag the result to Column 2.
- Go back to the Available Content field, enter ET Weekly Time (Prior Week). drag the result to Column 2.
- Go back to the Available Content field, enter ET Time by Week (Prior Month), drag the result to Column 2.
- Go back to the Available Content field, enter TAP Bugs & Validations (Prior Month), drag the result to Column 2.
- Go back to the Available Content field, enter IT Requisitions Ticket Closure (Prior Month), drag the result to Column 2.

- Click Save and close the configuration window.
