Emerging Tech Support: FTS Support Queue TDX Desktop

This article will cover the creation of a Default Desktop Support configuration view in TeamDynamix (TDX) to ensure operational alignment.

  1. Navigate to TeamDynamix, log in with your NetID and NetID password.
  2. On the upper left side click the + New Desktop button.
  3. Name your new desktop configuration ET FTS Support Queue and click Save.
  4. Click on the Details tab and check the box for Enable Auto-Refresh.
  5. Click Set as Default and then click Save.
  6. Click on the Content tab.
  7. Click on Edit Layout, select the 2nd layout (100% / 50-50%/ )
  8. In the Available Content field, enter ET Support Queue, drag the result to Column 1.
  9. Go back to the Available Content field, enter My ET Tickets, drag the result to Column 1.
  10. Go back to the Available Content field, enter Following & Submitted Tickets, drag the result to Column 1.
  11. Go back to the Available Content field, enter ET Support Unassigned Tickets, drag the result to Column 1.
  12. Go back to the Available Content field, enter ET Support Queue (Resolved Today), drag the result to Column 1.
  13. Go back to the Available Content field, enter IT Requisition Tickets, drag the result to Column 2.
  14. Go back to the Available Content field, enter My  Teams Open Ticket Tasks, drag the result to Column 2.
  15. Go back to the Available Content field, enter My Team's Currently Expired Knowledge Articles, drag the result to Column 3.
  16. Go back to the Available Content field, enter Plans, drag the result to Column 3.
  17. Click Save and close the configuration window.
