Troubleshoot
Please perform the basic troubleshooting steps below before reporting the issue.
- Restart software
- Verify active internet connection
- Restart computer
Report Issue
- Navigate to the Endpoint Software Support service page.
- Select Report Issue on a UTD Device.
- In the description, note the computer's location and asset number.
- Include any error messages present. The most common error is "You are not using a valid license."
- Click Submit Query.
- Engineering Tech Support will coordinate with you to resolve the issue with Altium licensing.
