This article shows you the steps needed to recover deleted emails or Calendar Events in Outlook.

Procedure
Deleted Items
To restore items from your Deleted Items folder, open
Outlook
> Deleted Items
.
Right-click
on the
item
you would like to recover and select
Restore
.
If you
do not
have the option for
Restore
, select
Move > Inbox
.
There might be some emails that you cannot find in the
Deleted Items
folder.
If so, select
Recover items deleted from this folder
to go to
Recoverable Items
.
Search
To restore items using the Search feature,
search
for the message in the
Deleted
folder.
Right-click
on the selected
items > Restore
.
If you do not have the option for Restore when right-clicking, select the item and select
Restore
in the panel on the right (next to the delete icon).
Note:
The recently recovered folder only contains content deleted within the last 28 Day rolling period.
