How to Recover Deleted Emails/Calendar Events

Recovering Deleted Items
- To restore items from your Deleted Items folder, open Outlook > Deleted Items.
- Right-click on the item you would like to recover and select Restore.
- If you do not have the option for Restore, select Move > Inbox.
- There might be some emails that you cannot find in the Deleted Items folder.
- If so, select Recover items deleted from this folder to go to Recoverable Items.
Searching Items
- To restore items using the Search feature, search for the message in the Deleted folder.
- Right-click on the selected items > Restore.
- If you do not have the option for Restore when right-clicking, select the item and select Restore in the panel on the right (next to the delete icon).
Note: The recently recovered folder only contains content deleted within the last 28 Day rolling period.
