Outlook App

1. In Outlook, select your Account icon (top left side) > Settings icon.

2. In the Settings menu, select Accounts.

3. Select the mailbox you would like to remove.

4. Select Remove Account.

5. Confirm that you would like to remove the account by selecting Remove.

Mail App

1. Select the Settings app.

2. Scroll down to Apps.

3. Select Mail.

4. Select Mail Accounts.

5. Select the account that you would like to delete.

6. Select Delete Account and confirm by selecting Delete from My iPhone.
