Instructions

  • Open Outlook App.
  • Enter your UT Dallas credentials (NetID@utdallas.edu and password).

Screen to enter the UT Dallas email address.

  • Authenticate with DUO.

Screen to authenticate with DUO.

  • Your email is now set up!

Possible Error

Error AADSTS90019

"No tenant-identifying information found in either the request or implied by any provided credentials."

  • Resolution: Please ensure that you enter the password manually, instead of an auto fill feature for your password.
