Setup Your Microsoft 365 Email (iOS Devices)

Context

This article walks users through the steps needed to set up the Microsoft 365 Email on iOS devices. Follow the steps below to add your account to the built-in Mail app.

Details

1. Tap the Settings App.

2. Tap Mail.

3. Select Accounts.

4. Select Add Account.

5. Tap Exchange.

6. Complete the account information fields using the info below and tap Next.

• Email: Enter your UTD email address (i.e., NetID@utdallas.edu)
• Description: Enter “Exchange”

7. Wait a few moments for your account to verify and select Sign In.

8. Enter your NetID password.

9. Authenticate with DUO.

10.  Swipe Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, and Notes to sync all of your Microsoft 365 data and tap Save. 

11. Your email is now set up!
