  • Now that the app has been added to the meeting you can start the process of getting ready to live stream.
    • You should see a panel on the right side of the teams meeting window, in that panel you will see a "Stream URL" box and a "Stream key" box. We will get the info for those fields on our third-party streaming site.
    • For this example, we are going to use YouTube, but the process should be the same for other platforms.

  • Go to YouTube and sign into the profile you use for content sharing. Go to YouTube studio and setup a Live stream.
Note: In order to stream on YouTube, you will need your phone number linked to your account. If you are linking your phone number today, you will need to wait 24 hours from the time you linked it before you can livestream.
  • Once you’re on the "Live stream" page you will then see the two fields that you need to start streaming the teams meeting, the Stream URL and the Stream key.
