Translate Message Feature (Desktop)

Instructions

  • Launch the desktop version of Outlook.
  • Open the email you want to translate.
  • Click on the Apps icon and search for "Translator for Outlook".

  • Click on Translator for Outlook and add it to your Outlook.

  • Under the "Translator" section, select the language you want the messages to be translated into.
  • Once your settings are done, click on the Translate to [your language preference].
    • Your email will be translated to the language set as per your preferences.
