Open Outlook Data File

Procedure

Note: This feature is currently not available in New Outlook. Return to classic Outlook in order to follow the steps below.
  1. Select File > Open & Export > Open Outlook Data File.
    • Under this section you are also able to Import/Export files, open Other User's Folder and Open Calendar.

Note: Depending on how Outlook is set up, it is likely that the folder where the .pst file is stored will open automatically. If it does not, browse to the file's location.
  1. Select the Outlook Data File (.pst) and then select Open.
  2. Once you open the Outlook Data File (.pst), the file will appear in your folder pane.
    • Usually, you will find it at the bottom of the list of Folders in Outlook.
