Setup Automatic Replies (New Microsoft Outlook)

Desktop/ Online Steps

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the application to open Outlook settings.
    • A new window will open.

  1. Select Accounts > Automatic Replies. Click the toggle to Turn on automatic replies.

  1. After completing Step 2, the second half of the window will become available with the following options:  
    1. Send replies during a time period – Set a time frame for your Automatic Reply (out-of-office).
    2. Send automatic replies inside your organization – Draft your out-of-office response

Automatic Replies Toggled On 

  1. To turn off your automatic replies, go back to the Gear icon and toggle off Automatic replies
