Manage Outlook Mailbox Delegates (Web)

Explanation 

  • Log into Outlook using your UTD credentials.
  • Right-click on the folder you would like to grant access to and select Sharing and Permissions.

  • If you would like delegates to have access to all of your folders, right-click on the Folders drop-down and select Sharing and Permissions

  • Select the Plus Sign Icon on the top left. Search for the delegate you would like to add and click Add to include the delegates.

  • After adding delegates, you will be able to choose a predefined Permission level in the drop-down menu, or you can manually configure their access by selecting the options available.

  • Once you have set the access, select OK.
