Removing a Computer from Code42

Purpose

This article will show you how to remove a computer from your Code42 profile.

 Remove a Computer from Code42

  • Navigate to  Crashplan.com , enter your NetID@utdallas.edu email address, and select Sign In.

Code42 login.

  • Log in with your NetID and password.
  • Click on the name of the machine (asset number) you wish to remove.

Code42 homepage.

  • Click on the Gear icon in the upper right corner and select Deactivate.

  • Check the box for "I understand this device's archive will be deleted." and select OK.
