The maximum duration for an equipment rental renewal will be based on the original checkout durations for the equipment.

Late Equipment Policy

There are three stages to our late equipment policy:

STAGE ONE: 1-2 Days Late

A warning will be placed on your account that lasts 1 month from the day you check in the late equipment. With this warning in place, any other equipment turned in late will automatically result in a temporary ban from equipment checkouts.

STAGE TWO: 3-7 Days Late

You will be banned from renting equipment for 1 week. This ban will increase by 1 week for every subsequent day the equipment is late.

STAGE THREE: 7+ Days Late

You will be banned from renting equipment for the rest of the current semester.
