This article will cover the creation of a Default Outreach Desktop configuration view in TeamDynamix (TDX) to ensure operational alignment.
- Navigate to TeamDynamix, log in with your NetID and NetID password.
- On the upper left side click the + New Desktop button.
- Name your new desktop configuration Outreach Queue and click Save.
- Click on the Details tab and check the box for Enable Auto-Refresh.
- Click Set as Default and then click Save.
- Click on the Content tab.
- Click on Edit Layout, select the first layout in the second row (100%)
- In the Available Content field, enter Outreach Queue, drag the result to Column 1.
- Go back to the Available Content field, enter Following & Submitted Tickets, drag the result to Column 1.
- Go back to the Available Content field, enter Outreach Unassigned Tickets, drag the result to Column 1.
- Go back to the Available Content field, enter Plans, drag the result to Column 1.

- Click Save and close the configuration window.
