Outreach: Outreach Queue TDX Desktop

This article will cover the creation of a Default Outreach Desktop configuration view in TeamDynamix (TDX) to ensure operational alignment.

  1. Navigate to TeamDynamix, log in with your NetID and NetID password.
  2. On the upper left side click the + New Desktop button.
  3. Name your new desktop configuration Outreach Queue and click Save.
  4. Click on the Details tab and check the box for Enable Auto-Refresh.
  5. Click Set as Default and then click Save.
  6. Click on the Content tab.
  7. Click on Edit Layout, select the first layout in the second row (100%)
  8. In the Available Content field, enter Outreach Queue, drag the result to Column 1.
  9. Go back to the Available Content field, enter Following & Submitted Tickets, drag the result to Column 1.
  10. Go back to the Available Content field, enter Outreach Unassigned Tickets, drag the result to Column 1.
  11. Go back to the Available Content field, enter Plans, drag the result to Column 1.
  12. Click Save and close the configuration window.
