Context

Microsoft 365 Copilot is designed to help users write better documents, emails, and presentations using natural language processing. It can also answer questions about the content you're working on or the meetings you're attending. It seamlessly integrates with popular Microsoft 365 apps such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Microsoft 365 Copilot is an additional cost and not included in the general licensing, as it is currently under testing with a pilot group and so, not available to campus.

Artificial Intelligence

While it offers a range of functions, it is a tool that complements human input rather than replacing it. Users are encouraged to check the generated responses for accuracy.

Designed to enhance productivity and streamline work flows, Copilot Studio leverages advanced AI technologies to build intelligent, actionable, and connected assistants for both employees and customers. This service is not available with UTD's current license, and is only available with a M365 Copilot license."
