Reserving and Printing Graduation Tickets

Purpose

This article provides instructions on how to reserve graduation tickets and print them.

Procedure

• Commencement tickets, which are required for each guest, can be reserved only by graduating students with an RSVP. 
• Graduates who have indicated that they will attend the ceremony will receive an email notifying them of the number of tickets they can claim after this date. 
• You will receive an email to claim your virtual GradPass prior to your commencement ceremony.
  • This is needed to display and announce your name at your commencement ceremony. Please print or have it readily available on your phone at your commencement ceremony. 
• You can show your ticket at the door on your phone or it can be printed as the actual size, with only one ticket printed on an 8.5” x 11” piece of paper.
  • If you try to shrink/enlarge the ticket size the barcode will not scan at the door and it will delay your entry to the venue.
