Access Graduation Tickets

Commencement Reservation

  • Commencement tickets, which are required for each guest, can be reserved only by graduating students with an RSVP. 
  • Graduates who have indicated that they will attend the ceremony will receive an email notifying them of the number of tickets they can claim after a certain date. 
    • Graduate will receive an email to claim their virtual GradPass prior to your Commencement ceremony.
    • This is needed to display and announce your name at your Commencement ceremony.
      • Please print or have your GradPass readily available on your phone at your Commencement ceremony. 
  • Graduate can show their ticket at the door using their phone or by providing a printed actual size copy, with only one ticket printed on an 8.5” x 11” piece of paper.
Warning: If you try to shrink/enlarge the ticket size the barcode will not scan at the door and it will delay your entry to the venue. 

Issues

Users who had their Service level removed will not be able to access the graduation ticket website. Users will need to contact the graduation@utdallas.edu for assistance.
