Issues with Punch Card (Galaxy)

Purpose

This article provides troubleshooting steps to help resolve issues with accessing Punch Card (WebClock), another version of Timesheet within Gemini HCM.

Procedure

If Punch Card is visible, but errors occur when accessing it, try the following:

  • Access Gemini in an incognito or private window.
  • Restart the web browser.
  • Use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
  • Clear cache and cookies.

If you are still unable to access Punch Card, please email Payroll.
