Detailed Resolution

To see and install available updates, follow the instructions for your operating system:

Windows 10

• Select the Start  button.
• Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.

Windows 11

• Select the Start  button.
• Go to Settings > Windows Update.
• Once there, choose Check online for updates from Microsoft Update and install any available updates.
  • If you do not see the option to "Check online", please restart your computer and try again.
  • You may be prompted to restart your computer after the updates are installed.
  • Please repeat this process until no remaining updates are available.
