Gemini for Departments

Homepage

Navigate to Gemini, and log in with your NetID credentials. If your default landing page is not Gemini for Departments, please click the down arrow on the top of the page name, select the correct homepage. Once on the Gemini for Departments homepage, click the Self Service tile.

The Self Service tile houses additional tiles. These are briefly discussed below.

Additional Self Service Tiles

Benefits Summary

• The "Benefits Summary" houses mandatory and voluntary retirement participation information.

My UT Benefits

• "My UT Benefits" tile links to our 3rd party enrollment platform for insurance plans, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and flexible spending.
• The tile takes you to the login page (such as below), where you select The University of Texas at Dallas to log in via SSO.

ACA Form 1095-C

• The "ACA Form 1095-C" takes you to the My UT Benefits page with options to log in as an Active or Retired Employee.
• Form 1095-C includes information about the health insurance coverage offered to you by your employer.

Employee Tuition Assistance

• The "Employee Tuition Assistance" tiles allows you to apply to UTD's employee tuition assistance.

UT Retirement Manager

• The "UT Retirement Manager" takes you to the Retirement Manager page where you will be able to create an account using your Employee ID.
• Here you will be able to see your retirement plan overview, as well as plan details.

My Parking

• The "My Parking" tile allows you to pay citations or purchase permits for your vehicle.

Personal Details

• The "Personal Details" tile allows you to manage your contact details, addresses, emergency contacts, etc. 

LEO (Learning & Education Organizer)

• You can find available training and view your training summary under the "LEO" tile. 

Payroll and Compensation

• This tile helps you view paychecks, enroll/update direct deposit information, update W4 information, consent to receive and view W2s annually.
