Objective
Restoring Microsoft Teams Certified Poly / Plantronics Headsets that are listed in this Knowledge Base Article.
Procedure
The Restoring process is as follows:
1. Download and Install the Poly Lens App on your computer.
2. After the installation is complete, Open the Poly Lens App.
3. Connect your Poly / Plantronics Headset to your computer with the supplied USB Cable.
4. Turn ON your Poly / Plantronics headset. You will be able to see your Poly / Plantronics Headset's Model Name and other information.
5. Click Settings in the Poly Lens App, and select "Restore Defaults", and wait for the restore process to complete.
6. Restart your Headset Manually (Turn it OFF and turn it back ON).
Note: It is always recommended to Check for Updates of your Poly / Plantronics headset by clicking the "Notifications" bar in the Poly Lens app.
