Teams Classic Voice Delegate Setup

Purpose 

This article shows how to add a Teams Voice delegate - who can answer, and dial calls on your behalf. 

Process 

Mac & Windows 

1. Select the three dots ... next to the profile icon on the top-right of the screen and select Settings. 
   

2. In the General menu, scroll to the bottom and choose Calls. 
   

3. Scroll down to Manage Delegates subheading.  

   

4. Manage delegates window opens within Teams. Under Add a delegate by name.
