Purpose
This article walks you through the steps needed to add M365 Email on your Android device via Gmail application.
Procedure
Note: Only the Outlook app and the Gmail app is supported for Android. The built-in Mail App is not supported.
- Open Gmail app.
- Click on the three horizontal lines in the top left.

- Select Settings.

- Select Add account.

- Select Exchange and Office 365.

- Enter your netid@utdallas.edu and select Next.

- Enter your password and click Sign in.

- Authenticate with DUO.

- Your email is now set up! Select Done. You may need to restart the Gmail app.
