Set Up Your Microsoft 365 Email on Android Devices (Outlook App)

Purpose

This article shows how to add your Microsoft 365 email to your Android device using the Outlook App.

Note: Only the Outlook app and the Gmail app are supported for Android. The built-in Mail app is not supported.

Explanation

  1. Open Outlook App.
  2. Tap Get Started.

  1. Outlook may detect your Google accounts. If you do not want to add these accounts, tap Skip.
  2. Enter your UT Dallas email address (netid@utdallas.edu) and tap Continue.

  1. Enter your NetID password.

  1. Authenticate with DUO.
