Context
Ensure the Microsoft Teams mobile application is installed on your device before proceeding. For a smooth login experience, remember to:
- Download the Teams mobile app from your device’s respective app store or via the link provided by Microsoft.
- Enter your credentials carefully, including your work or school account details.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process.
- Troubleshoot any login issues by checking your internet connection, updating the app, or resetting your password.
- Open the Teams App. on your mobile device. (Download from App Store)
- Enter your UTD NetID email > Next.
- You will be directed to the single sign-on page where you will enter you UTD password > Sign in.
- Microsoft Authenticator will send a Duo Push Security authentication.
- Check for Duo push > Approve.
- After successfully approving the push, you will be signed into Teams.
- Launch the Teams App. on your mobile device. (Download from Google Play Store)
- Enter your UTD NetID email > Next.
- Microsoft Authenticator will send a Duo Push Security authentication.
- Check for Duo push > Approve.
- After successfully approving the push, you will be signed into Teams.
