Set Up Your Microsoft 365 Email on Android Devices (Gmail App)

Purpose

This article walks you through the steps needed to add M365 Email on your Android device via Gmail application. 

Procedure

Note: Only the Outlook app and the Gmail app is supported for Android. The built-in Mail App is not supported.
  1. Open Gmail app.
  2. Click on the three horizontal lines in the top left.

  1. Select Settings.

  1. Select Add account.

  1. Select Exchange and Office 365.

  1. Enter your netid@utdallas.edu and select Next.

  1. Enter your password and click Sign in.

  1. Authenticate with DUO.

  1. Your email is now set up! Select Done. You may need to restart the Gmail app.
