These software require OIT and ISO approval through the procurement process. Typically, these software have existing site license from UT Dallas or may have pre-established purchasing process. In order to maintain compliance with UTDBP3096, which requires third-party applications to be updated with latest compatible software patches, support contracts should be maintained so UT Dallas may access available updates. Microsoft Teams allows users to communicate and collaborate effectively. While Teams does not currently offer a built-in export option for chats or messages, users can manually copy and paste content as needed.
