These software require OIT/ISO approval through the procurement process whether it's a subscription or one-time payment. Typically, these software have existing site license from UT Dallas or may have pre-established purchasing process. In order to maintain compliance with UTDBP3096, which requires third-party applications to be updated with latest compatible software patches, support contracts should be maintained so UT Dallas may access available updates.
